Gutsy KwaZulu-Natal biker Kirsten Landman is “stoked” to be at the starting line of the Rally du Maroc (Rally of Morocco) in North Africa.
This is part of her bold plan to tackle the even tougher Dakar Rally for the second time in January, having become the first woman from Africa to complete that race on a motorcycle last year.
She accomplished that feat just ahead of Taye Perry from the Eastern Cape, in the same edition of the mighty race through the treacherous sands and dunes of Saudi Arabia.
