Before She Makes Her Debut on Netflix's You, Get to Know More About Tati Gabrielle – Yahoo Entertainment

Before she got into the acting world, Tati was modeling for Macy’s and Nordstrom at just 3 years old. “My mom volunteered to get me in a few fashion shows for Macy’s and Nordstrom at the Westfield Center in San Francisco and a couple others in high school, but nothing serious or paid,” Tati previously told Wonderland magazine. “My mom recalls me freezing in the middle of my first ever runway. I was a shy but eccentric kid and I always had a fire in my heart. I feel that fire is where I got my confidence from!”
Tati is best known for playing Prudence on Netflix’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, but she’s also had roles on Disney’s K.C. Undercover, The 100, and The Owl House. When asked how she brings variation to her characters, Tati told Wonderland that she looks for “points of relativity to understand the character better.” She says this method allows her to “act out nuanced characters naturally.”

Of course, this comes as no surprise. “Rihanna is a big inspiration for me. She’s very eccentric and eclectic in the way that she dresses and is very expressive, like, ‘This is me.’ You can understand her personality just by looking at her, and that’s something I try to do with my fashion sense as well,” Tati told CR Fashion Book.
The actress also said she gets some of her style inspiration from the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes. “I like old school and new school. When it comes to old school, Left Eye [Lisa Lopes] from TLC is big inspiration for me – the whole crazy, sexy, cool, tomboy-with-a-feminine flair vibe,” she noted.
In addition to acting, Tati wants to expand her horizons by writing, producing, and directing. She also wants to get into the music business and explore disc jockeying.
